Refining Agent

Reining and purifying. With dry nitrogen as the carrier, it is sprayed into the molten aluminum accompanied by the tumbling of the molten aluminum. The particle size is uniform and the fluidity is excellent. Refining Agent can be adapted to any type of powder spraying machine.

Performance Features:

1. This product has strong degassing and inclusion removal ability, which can significantly reduce the existence of inclusions and pinholes in castings. Especially suitable for reverberatory furnace inert gas injection.

2. This product is non-stick to furnace slag, good slag-aluminum separation, and good slag cleaning.

3. There is no toxic gas and obvious smoke during the use of this product, and it has no adverse effects on human body, equipment and environment.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for refining treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy melts (except high-magnesium aluminum alloys).
