Product Description

Aluminum alloy element tablets  are to add some specific elements to pure aluminum. By adjusting the content and ratio of elements, it can be improved the the mechanical properties, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys. Different grades of aluminum alloys can be customized to meet different industries need.

Ti Tablets Features :

Contains no Na, Li, Sr and other elements that are easy to absorb by aluminum and aluminum alloys. When used correctly, the recovery rate is guaranteed to be over 95%.

Usage:

Adjust the temperature of molten aluminum not lower than 730°C, and the optimum temperature is not lower than 750°C.

Calculate the required amount according to the composition standard of the compounded gold.

Scrape off the aluminum slag, disperse and throw the additives into the molten aluminum as much as possible, and stir it lightly, preferably for about 3-5 minutes.
